Working with creative and boards supplied by the agency, we supplied an experienced producer and director who discussed the production with the agency working with the creative to ensure the commercial meets the high standards expected of an international brand.  Our production processes includes development meetings, locations recces, auditions, casting, logistics and prep.  Production on the day including managing all departments from catering, hair, makeup, camera, lighting, sound and ensuring the client has a great on-set experience.  We then work with the agency and their client throughout the edit and delivery process often to tight timeframes.
